Lama Je Tsongkhapa Guru Yoga – This is a practice to increase wisdom, memory, compassion, patience and to ward off negative energies and utilise the power of the Buddhas to further your practice. With this practice, one makes a connection to Maitreya Buddha. It is simple, complete and effective for today’s modern individual.

White Mahakala

The White Mahakala deity is the wrathful aspect of both the Four Armed Chenrezig and the Thousand Armed Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara), the bodhisattva of Compassion. The main role of the White Mahakala is to help people overcome diffculties and hardship (particularly in this degenerated time) so as to assist them to attain enlightenment within a short period of time. !is is important for those sentient beings facing short life spans. The White Mahakala protects one from fear of death and from pain and fear at the time of death and in the bardo state. He can magnetize wealth to those in need, provide assistance to the helpless and food to those who suffer in hunger.
He can eliminate all obstacles in our lives and all enemies to the development of our spirituality. The White Mahakala is the most widely revered of all wealth deities for its effectiveness and blessings.

Black Manjushri is the wrathful healing form of Manjushri that helps us to heal our deep inner negative emotions and mental suffering that arise due to sickness or problems; it is also a powerful antidote against the harm and disturbances caused by negative astrological influences.It helps us to confront and deal with the negative emotions, such as anger, depression, fear and denial, which arise when we are challenged by such diseases or when we are confronted with problems in our daily life.

10am-5pm – Calm Abiding with Special insight Practice – $50 per day
“When you see reality, no illusions can confuse you;
when you develop stability, things cannot shake it or take it away.”

Only by combining the heightened state of concentration known as calm abiding with special insight into the nature of reality can liberation from cyclic existence be attained. Calm abiding forms the basis for special insight. The great Indian master Atisha also points out that for Bodhisattvas the attainment of a calmly abiding mind is essential in order to develop the different kinds of extra-sensory perception that allow them to work more efficiently for living beings.

This is an Annutarayoga (Highest Yoga) Tantra initiation. Bodhisattva and tantric vows, as well as a daily mantra commitment, will be given according to tradition.

There was a series of teachings given to Lama Tsongkhapa from his direct communication with Manjushri, these teachings are called the Kadam Emanation Scripture. The initiation and its special instructions for practice are the very essence of those teachings that Je Tsongkhapa and Lama Umapa received from the Wisdom Buddha, Manjushri. It contains many secret instructions that were only handed down orally from Guru to disciple. Yanchen Drupai Dorje composed this sadhana from the oral instructions he received from Ngulchu Dharmabhadra. This is the most profound method for prolonging life, dispelling obstacles and increasing one’s merit that Manjushri himself had to offer.
