The Rotary Club of Warners Bay in conjunction with Ambulance Service of NSW is promoting a handy book which can be attached to the fridge (with the plastic magnetised cover) or carried with you as it only measures 15cm x 10cm.
You can record your personal information including medications, medical conditions & patient history.
Alan Beard will have a supply of these books for sale at our next Probus meeting for the huge cost of $1.00 each.
