• Cherry Road, Warners Bay to Fairfax Road, Warners Bay and return (approx 4km)

Monthly Walk
Last Wednesday of the month (am, times to be determined, depending on walk)

30/7/08 Speers Point Park to Awaba House and return
Start at 9 am. Meet at Car Park opposite Pool.

27/8/08 King Street Warners Bay to Pippy's at Speers Point and return (6km total)
Start at 9 am. Meet at Car Park near King Street Warners Bay.

24/9/08 Merewether Beach to Bar Beach and return
Start at 9 am. Meet at top Car Park at top of stairs.

29/10/08 Nobby's Beach to end of breakwater and return
Start at 9 am. Meet at Nobby's Car Park.

26/11/08 Maryville along Throsby Creek & Newcastle Foreshore to Crown Plaza, and return
Start at 9 am. Meet on path at Maryville side of Hannell Street Bridge.

28/1/09 Nobby's Beach along Newcastle Foreshore
Start at 9 am. Meet at Nobby's Car Park.

25/2/09 Swansea Bridge to Coon Island and return
Start at 9 am. Meet on path on Swansea side of Swansea Bridge.

25/3/09 Valentine to Green Point and return
Start at 9 am. Meet at Valentine Park.


Car Pooling is suggested for monthly walks
NB. All walkers would need to ensure good footwear and carry water

Today we had 10 starters who walked from Speers Point to Awaba House. Perfect weather today combined with a nice chat and cup of coffee at Awaba House. Ern & Heather missed a great morning!
