Ambledown is a self-contained cottage set on 8
acres of gardens and natural bushland.
- amble down to the gully and stroll among the
native ferns and gum trees
- feed the emus along the boundary fence
- listen for the kookaburra chorus
- watch the crimson rosellas, king parrots and
lorikeets feeding
- walk the 2.7km to the end of Heath Rd and back
and feast on the mountain scenery
- have a BBQ picnic
- swim in the solar heated pool
- or just sit still, take in the views and enjoy
a moment's quiet
