Group Information
The WHOHARR clan is a group founded by a small set of unique people who wish to hold shindigs and functions aimed to improve the life and base of all members. Associate members are members who aren't part of the central group but are close friends with the central group of members.

i wish to pay attention to the fact that there has been no ordered leave prepared for the annual toid's birthday party.
I feel it unjust and a travesty of moral pepitude that this occasion continues to transpire without fore notice of said meeting place.
