My clients can be assured that they will benefit from my years of training, experience and knowledge in Reiki & Reflexology, and degrees in welfare and social work.

I am committed to always providing a professional level of service, in a tranquil, relaxing and nurturing environment.

About ME

I am qualified as a social worker, holding a Degree in Social work and a Degree in welfare. After working in this industry for more than eight years, that I came to realise the negative impact of poor stress management and inadequate time-out strategies. I also became aware of the need to balance mind, body and spirit and the importance of addressing the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the person.

It was also through my own personal experiences that I became aware of the many benefits that natural therapies had to offer.

It was around this time that I made the decision to change direction to a more fulfilling and personally rewarding career. After several years of training in many different aspects of complementary therapies I am able to provide my clients diverse treatments such as Reflexology, Reiki, Bach Flower Essences, and Polarity Therapy.

I am now conducting Reiki training for Levels 1 and 2 and Reiki Master to small groups of interested peaople.
