Although the number of lenders who provide such solutions is more limited than those operating in the residential and commercial lending space, our preferred Business Lending partners give DGK the ability to offer a wide range of solutions.

 This includes the finance of a solicitor or accountants parcel of fees. It can used to either borrow against your practices value or to assist in the purchase of a parcel of fees.

Agency Finance
 This enables DGK to provide finance solutions for the purchase of real estate agent rent rolls.

Pharmacy Finance
 As the name would suggest this enables the funding of upto 75% of the value of a pharmacy. Business value is determined through independent valuation.

Cash Flow Finance (Factoring)
 Commonly known as debtor finance these solutions allow DGK to finance the value of your current debtors. This solution which is particularly popular in the UK and Europe allows business owners to raise cash within the business without the need for bricks and mortar security.
