The inaugural Weekend Italiano was held in Melbourne (10/11 May 2008) and Sydney (7/8 June 2008).
Over Saturday, Sunday, or the whole weekend we offered different workshops exploring the activities Italians engage in with family and friends during their leisure time.
As we catered to beginners, intermediate and advanced speakers, workshops were run several times a day adapting vocabulary, activities and structures to each of the three levels. Even our lunches were a full cultural experience, giving insight into Italian history and traditions.
