Max is one of a series of dogs I drew in graphite for one of my veterinary clients. Max is about 7 years now so I have seen him on and off for 5 years. This helps me with the artwork as I know him so well (I have done surgery several times in the last couple of years).
This was a fun drawing to do especially with his soft curls.
