During research it was found that the term "Senior Citizens" was felt to be an outdated one, carrying images of very old or frail and not consistant with current thinking about "positive ageing".

We are now proud, to be called Walamba (meaning "come back") 50+ Learning & Leisure Centre and encouraging Positive Ageing with a broad range of activities to choose from.

In March we will again be celebrating Seniors Week
