OUR ENGAGING FATHER'S PROJECT
In 2001, Girrinbai applied to the Newcastle University to become part of their Men and Boys Programme. We were successful in this application and in 2002 we implemented the Engaging Father's Programme. In 2012 , we want to continue expanding on the programme and continue to encourage more participation from our fathers in our programme.
We value the role that father's or male models have in shaping and developing their children. We want to encourage our fathers to visit at any time and to spend as little or as long in our service as possible.
