Basic Proposed Itinerary.

Wednesday 18th April 2007.     Arrive at South West Rocks Top Tourist Park and settle in.  Happy hour @ a site.

Thursday 19th April 2007.         Free day.  Attend to any Scout Mechanical Matters.    Locally something may be decided to suit those interested.

Friday 20th April 2007. A water day.    Local fishing, swimming, surfing etc.

4.00 – 5.00 p.m.  The collective meeting to discuss the Scout Clubs’ futures.   Items for an agenda can be sent to Peter Cartledge (Qld) or

6.30 – 7.00 p.m.    Self catered B-B-Q with self supplied liquid refreshments.

Saturday 21st April 2007.         OUR MAJOR DAY.

9.30 – 11.30 a.m.    Vehicles on display.    Public car-park opposite shops and near the Sea Rescue Control Centre.    I am suggesting
a “Peoples Choice” competition.    A Gold Coin donation to the Sea Rescue Station, to which all can visit to view operations.

6.00 p.m. for 6.30 or 7.00 p.m.    A dinner will be arranged at either the Country Club or Riverside Tavern.    I am to visit to check this out.
Cost will be a consideration and expect $12 - $18.

Sunday 22nd April 2007.           Yet to be determined and most likely will be left till we meet.    A short forest drive is available plus other near drives.

Monday 23rd April 2007.          Subject to sufficient numbers, the day has been set aside for “Outside Fishing”.

Tuesday 24th April 2007.          yet to be determined and depending on numbers.

Wednesday 25th April 2007.     ANZAC Day.    Depart if you wish, stay or relocate to other campgrounds.

NB. 1        We are considering a day drive to the “Pub with no Beer” at Taylors Arm, west of Macksville but as it

has a free campground opposite, I am suggesting those who wish; could go after we finish with

S.W.Rocks, even if we left a day early.

NB.  2       Also considering a self questionnaire to determine the most original Scout.    More later.
