Past Lives Regression
I am an accredited hypnotherapist with extensive experience in past lives regression. Hypnosis is the tool I use to help someone access their past life memories.
During
past life regressions people usually experience themselves incarnate in a different
body at a different point in time in a different place, sometimes a different
gender. Valuable lessons can be learned from observing their previous selves
dealing with a variety of situations, some good, some bad, some mundane, some
enthralling. With this awareness healing may happen as people understand for
the first time why they do what they do. To augment the healing I may guide
people through processes which release fears or blockages, helping them to move
on in their lives.
The
desire to let go of pain and fear may be the motivating factor for many of my
clients, but it’s perfectly fine to explore these matters out of pure
curiosity or as part of our quest for truth and knowledge. I feel this type
of exploration has the power to illuminate our path, validate our true self,
confirm our decisions and enhance our life.
I have found that there are three kinds of clients who seek past life experiences.
1. People with an issue (such as a fear) or a repeated behaviour they cannot stop or explain.
2. Someone who is interested or just curious about their past lives.
3. People with a strong sense of having been someplace or someone else before, or with strong or inexplicable emotions around an issue or a place, or they have flashbacks, or they have an unusual skill or ability that cannot be explained.
I often hear clients say that they want a past life session because they have attracted the same kind of experiences into their lives time and time again and they wish to find out THEIR part in it, in order to break the cycle.
Another interesting point- contrary to common belief clients generally experience ordinary scenarios such as walking across a frozen landscape, being a child somewhere, living a simple life somewhere in Europe, or falling into a well and getting stuck, or living on an isolated property somewhere in Australia doing ordinary things. I have not met any Napoleons yet. Mostly these clients don't know or care where they are, they are too absorbed in the actual experience. Clients are sometimes a different gender in a past life and people from this current lifetime may also be present in the past life. Clients remember everything that happenes during the hypnotic session.
Past Life experiences cannot be forced or made to happen if they are irrelevant to the issue at hand or if the person, on a deeper level, is not ready for them. This can be disappointing but it has to be accepted in the name of a higher truth. I also feel that sceptics or people who do not believe in reincarnation would probably have trouble accessing this kind of experience.

Spirit
Journeys
I am an accredited hypnotherapist with extensive experience
in conducting spiritual guidance and spirit journey sessions. During these sessions
you may experience yourself as pure spirit, ie when your immortal soul is not
incarnate in a physical body. In this state my past clients have received spiritual
guidance, answers to important questions, have met their spirit guides, have
met departed loved ones and have resolved problems.
I learned from my clients that our immortal soul occupies a different physical body in each incarnation and that groups of souls meet again and again in different roles during many life times. I learned from my clients that we are ‘in spirit’ between our lives on earth and that we do experience ourselves as pure consciousness without a physical body before choosing to reincarnate. And best of all I was shown time and time again that our soul retains a memory of these spirit states as well as remembering past incarnations in our present life.
People who seek spiritual experiences like this are usually drawn to this kind of work for their own personal reasons. Sometimes they are people who have exhausted all other chanels for healing to no avail, and some have exhausted all mental avenues in their quest for truth and are still left wanting. In any case, people who are drawn to this type of work will usually be guided to find the right therapist or healer for their next step. But even so, experiences like these spirit journeys cannot be forced or made to happen if they are irrelevant to the issue at hand or if the person, on a deeper level, is not ready for them. This can be disappointing but it has to be accepted in the name of a higher truth.
Some people ask me if this work is the same as the work by Michael Newton which he calls "Life between Lives". My approach is quite similar, but it is not based on Michael Newton's or anyone's previous work. As all of this springs from the same source there are quite a few similarities to be found, in the way the issues themselves manifest and in the processes followed by practitioners in this field. I myself have helped clients tap into universal spiritual wisdom and into their own inner knowing and/or healing powers long before I knew or read about other people's work in the field of past lives or spiritual healing. We are all part of the web of existence, we are all able to access spiritual wisdom. There are many ways of doing this - this is just one method and the one I have chosen to work with.
