Caboolture Community Action (CCA) is a wholly volunteer organisation that came together as the winter approached in 2009. The group of concerned citizens resolved to respond to the growing number of homeless people appearing around the local area of Caboolture (approximately 50km north of Brisbane, Australia). CCA provides some immediate assistance with food and other goods if possible and participates in community action to raise awareness of the issue of homelessness.

Caboolture Community Action provides a hot meal to the hungry and homeless twice a week at Apex Park, Centenary Lakes, Caboolture. This could not happen without the hard work of a team of volunteers but more help is needed.
