1) My fu-man-chu-esque beard has been entertaining to hang on to, but alas, I have decided that it’s going to have to go. This is mainly to placate my young nephew.
2) Needing random ideas for holidays. Current thinking is to, if I have a car, take the long way home after NTE. Apart from that, it’ll mostly be reading and fending off the heat.
3) Exam preparatory reading has been a success thus far. Especially the NSBT volumes. We will see in a few days whether it was worth it. Reading on Hebrew syntax and continued use of reference grammars has also been paying dividends.
4) The Logos 4 package list now has a “portfolio” package – it’s prohibitively expensive because “portfolio” doesn’t really describe it. Perhaps something more like “Ludicrous” (refer “Spaceballs”) or “Plutononium” would be a more apt term for it. Because it has a ludicrous amount of extra stuff on top of what is in the platinum package. Sheesh.
