History: Walking among the dunes at Flinders Beach, I thought
I nearly stepped on a snake - and
my heart and foot froze. Luckily, it wasn't a snake, but a piece of curled
up rope. This was the
inspiration for this small minature work. The head of the snake on this image
is based on a Eastern Yellow-faced whipsnake.
