History: Giraffes! What lovely animals. Such fun to draw, and the most amazing long eyelashes anymovie star would kill for. I wanted to show the length of the animal rather than the height for once.This is a Rotheschilde Giraffe - he lives at the Melbourne Zoo and we are old friends. This is the third drawing I have done with him as a subject, and I know I will do more.
