The following rough schedule will be followed.  The development will be multistage with some concurrent development; with the following stages: Stage 1 - Lighting Simulator (complete) Stage 2 - Lighting Controller (in work) Stage 3 - Power Line Interface (in work) Stage 4 - Integrate stages 1, 2 and 3 Stage 5 - Home Operating System Software Stage 6 - Garage Door remote control Stage 7 - Power Point control Prototype Stage 8 - Integrate power point prototype into house Stage 9 - Integrate stages 1 to 8 into level 1 of house Stage 10 - Operational Test and evaluation Question:  When is a software project finished? Answer: Never
