Q Smurf lives in Australia and works for a big electronics company doing software quality assurance and test engineering.
Why did I choose the name Q Smurf, because it's my nickname at work. When I was doing hardware quality assurance I annoyed the hardware engineers so much they likened my to Q from Star Trek - the next generation.
I am keen on saving the environment and saving a few dollars along the way which is why I am planning to do some home automation. I have a bunch of daughters that can't turn off lights so I am going to try to automate the household lighting so I can turn off all the lights in my house from one point..... Ahhh the power!!
I am also thinking about a logic analyzer,
and a DDS signal generator,
and GameBoy software for home automation,
and world peace (well maybe not world peace how about peace at home).
