I had it as HYL 103 as a BMC part number, but at Repco today all similar 103s looked really wrong, and maybe for another mini?

I take it the R2053V is the fibre type without the metal supports...

Yes, the white fibre type. looks like zig-zag material vertically, not sure if still available. The R2053P is the paper style, I think RYCO get them made in Brazil now & the rubber washers & seals are not always correct. Might be wise to check inside the carton if you find the item, If seal is incorrect use the old seal (do not stab the seal in the top of the oil filter head to get it out as it will be no good for reuse)
