Rubber Cone Compressing Tool

Does anyone have one of these I can borrow to change the front cones? I'm 99% sure they are the original imperial thread, not the later metric ones.

Some appropriate sized threaded rod, two nuts of the same size and thread, a steel plate roughly 6mm thick cut and drilled to fit over the subframe tower bolts and a bearing that will fit over the threaded rod and you could make your own.
The bearing acts as a spacer and helps the nuts turn to pull up on the rubber cone. Two nuts so you can lock them together and thread it into the cone.
