CryoStyle 40 is a 40-sample carousel-based automatic equipment with touch-screen for the rapid determination of the milk cryoscopic point variation caused by added water, according to FIL-IDF-CEE rules. The curve of the measured temperature values of the analysed sample is shown at display in real time, during the determination.
