URGENT!! - Cleaners required at ST MONICA'S!

Have you heard the saying... ’No one ever notices the house work unless it isn’t done’! So true. We have a small group who clean God’s house for us but we do need some more. Doing the house work at St Monica’s church is a wonder peaceful & contemplative experience, you are all alone in the church & it is so quiet you can almost hear the angels. We work on a once a month roster & it takes 1 to 2 hours at the most. You don’t have to clean the whole house at once ! The cleaning jobs are broken up into sections so no one is overloaded. If you would like to be of service to our Parish in some small way please give the house work some consideration, please leave your name & number at the office and I will contact you.

Cleaning at St Gregory’s

We have a vacancy & are looking for a volunteer to clean the church in preparation for the second Sunday of the month. If you can help please ring the Parish Office. We are deeply grateful to all who clean our Mass Centres each week, creating a worthy environment to celebrate the Eucharist.

Piety Stall

Help is needed with the opening of the Piety Stall on Saturday & Sunday evening after Mass. Please contact the Parish Office if you can help in any way.

St Pauls' Committee

The St Paul's Committee is looking for new members to be part of a supportive committee who are enthusiastic about continuing to bring hundreds of years of Maltese culture and heritage to the Hawkesbury. The St Paul’s Feast is held in January each year and has been part of St Monica's for over 20 years. The present committee is keen to see this fun historic family day continue into the future. If you think you can bring some new ideas or bring back some old ideas to the table then you will fit right in! If you have a friend who may also be interested please bring them along. If you are interested in joining the committee please contact Emanuel Deguara on 0411 118 821.
