migraines iam currently on hydrocodone but the docter wants to wean me off this cause of the addicting effect .what other pain pill is there i can take that will work simular to this .anyone ever hear of tramadol?

I’m needing to stop taking aspirin prior to surgery, and want to know what other painkillers I can take that won’t cause blood thinning, and therefore increase bruising and bleeding during and after surgery. Is acetaminophin ok? I’ve read that Aleve is also a blood thinner, which is a shame because it works really well and doesn’t keep me up. I can’t take Tramadol because it makes me psychotic. Plus most narcotics like Hydrocodone and Oxycodone leave me wide awake, and pain free, but I’m useless if I don’t sleep, either because of pain, or drugs keeping my awake.
